As a Data Controller, Dome Holdings Ltd is required to collect, consult, use, modify, store, transmit and delete Personal Data (heirenafter ”the Data”) in the context of its activities.

In accordance with Article 4 of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of April 27th, 2016, the terms ‘‘Data” or ”Personal Data” refer to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter referred to as ”Person Concerned”).  Is deemed to be an ”identifiable natural person” a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier, such as a name, an identification number, location, an online identifier, or one or more specific elements specific to to its physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity.

1- Carrying out processing relating to the management of an agreement with a Client (person concerned by the collection of personal data”)

3- Carrying out processing relating to commercial prospecting and in particular:

  • The selection of people to carry out prospecting actions;

  • The updating of people to carry out prospecting actions;

  • The organization of contests, lotteries or any promotional operation.

4-Processing relating to the management of complaints:

  • Management of complaints and after sales services
  • The processing of requests for the right of access, rectification, opposition and delete
  • Litigation management.

5-Carrying out processing relating to the management of commercial activity:

  • The selection of people to carry out studies and/or studies

  • Development of trade statistics.

6-The treatments implemented by Dome Holdings Ltd are based on:

  • The execution of the contract for processing relating to the management of contracts, orders, invoicing and customer/ user relations of the company’s services
  • Consent for commercial prospecting for natural persons non-clients;

  • The legitimate interest in processing relating to the management of commercial activity, commercial prospecting for legal persons and recruitment
  • Compliance with a legal obligation for tax-related processing, for example.

The Personal Data collected and processed by Dome Holdings  Lrd are hosted in the European Union. However,your data may be transferred to subcontractors located outside the European Union for the duration of treatment. These subcontractors only act on documented instructions from Dome Holdings Ltd. We strive to provide the best guarantees, particularly contractual and technical to comply with applicable data protection regulations. These transfers are made as part of the operation of the application and infrastructures and for certain telesales treatments and external appointments. 

The data collected can be transmitted:

  • To all the companies of the Dome Holdings Ltd and those in which the company has a stake;
  • Service providers and subcontractors providing services for our account

  • Commercial Partners.

The data collected is likely to be processed outside the European Union. In this case, the company undertakes to make the necessary arrangements with its subcontractors and partners to guarantee an adequate level of protection of your data, in compliance with any applicable regulations.

The data are kept for a period adapted to the purposes of the processing and in accordance with the laws and regulations in force.

  • Customer data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and can be kept for up to 10 years after its termination in order to comply in particular with the accounting and tax incumbent on Dome Holdings Ltd;
  • The data of prospective individuals can be kept for up to three (3) years after the last contact from the prospect.

Personal Data transmitted as part of an application will be kept, unless opposed by the candidate for a period of (2) two yeqrs from their submission or from the last contact with the candidate. After this period, the data will be deleted.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of April 27th, 2016, each person has a right of access, rectification, erasure and portability of their Personal Data, and a right to limit and/or oppose processing of this data.
