147-Certain Questions concerning Diplomatic Relations (Honduras v. Brazil)
On October 28th, 2009, the Ambassador of Honduras to the Netherlands instituted proceedings before the International Court of Justice (ICJ) against Brazil claiming that the latter had violated its obligations under Article 2(7) of the Charter of the United Nations and the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations.
By letter dated April 30th,2010, the Honduran Government wished to withdraw its application. Therefore, the Court issued an order striking the case out of the List.
