134-Status vis-a-vis the Host State of a Diplomatic Envoy to the UN (Dominica vs Switzerland)
On April 26th, 2006, the Commonwealth of Dominica filed an application instituting proceedings against Switzerland for alleged violation by the latter of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic relations, as well as other instruments and rules of international law, in relation a diplomatic envoy from Dominica accredited to the United Nations in Geneva. A few weeks later however, by a letter dated May 15th, 2006, it withdrew its application. Switzerland having expressed no objection, the case was struck of the List by Order of June 9th, 2006.
